More About the Show: Long before the world knew him as Muhammad Ali, this story of Cassius Clay, Jr. bobs and weaves through his early life. Growing up in Jim Crow-era Louisville, he steps into the ring with determination and drive to not be beaten by life or his opponents. With the support of his family, training from Officer Joe Martin, and his own hard work, Cassius fights his way onto the gold-medal stand and into the history books. It’s a reminder for us all to channel our inner champion and fight for what’s right.
